For franchisees

Customers reach you first.

Your franchisor runs FranOps to manage the network, and a good part of it is built for your side of it. Enquiries route to the territory they land in. The pages about your locations are written by the people who run them. What belongs to your units sits in one place, in full, whenever you want to look.

What changes for you

Three things you notice in the first week.

Enquiries arrive with you

Someone searches for the brand near your city. The enquiry routes by territory straight to your unit, with the name, phone, email, notes, and consent record attached, at the moment it comes in. No waiting for a list at the end of the month.

You publish your own pages

A page about your location, with your hours, your team, and what is different about your unit. You write it and you publish it, and it goes live on the brand’s site without a ticket or a queue.

It feeds the tools you run

Already have a CRM you like? An owner can send the enquiries from their locations straight into it, and carry on working them where their team already works. FranOps is the routing and the record, not another inbox you are made to live in.

What it takes off your plate

A brand rollout usually arrives with a hidden workload attached. The list for this one is short, and most of it is subtraction.

  • A login is the whole setup. If your brand uses single sign-on, it is the account you already have.
  • No data entry for head office. Your franchisee record and location details are theirs to maintain, not yours to keep current. You read them, and flag anything that looks wrong.
  • Nothing to chase. Your territory, the protection on it, your locations, and what the brand has announced are all things you open yourself instead of emailing someone to ask.
  • No end-of-month reconciliation. Enquiries arrive as they happen, so there is no list to check afterwards against what actually came in.
  • No new place to live. Work enquiries here if it suits you, or send them to the system your team already uses and carry on there.
  • No schedule to keep. Location pages are written when you have something to say. A location without one still appears in the brand’s locator.

Your view and theirs

You see everything belonging to your units in full. Your franchisor sees the network — and where customer records are concerned, most brands run the setting that shows head office how many customers a unit has and what stage they are at, without the names, emails, phone numbers, or notes. The full picture is set out action by action on the page written for advisory councils, and it is read directly from the system that enforces it.

How your brand has set it up

Some of this is a choice your franchisor makes for the whole network, and they can show you any of it from a settings screen. They are the right people to ask how FranOps fits the way your brand operates. Your advisory council has a page of its own, written for the questions councils ask.
